From concrete base to finished interior — here's everything we build into a Timothy Bowen garden room.
Insulated Structural Frame
Timber stud frame with full insulation to current standards — walls, floor and roof. Your garden room will be warm in winter and cool in summer.
Exterior Cladding & Roofing
Timber cladding, fibre cement, or composite cladding options. Flat roof with single-ply membrane or pitched roof with slates — properly waterproofed and detailed.
Windows, Doors & Glazing
High-performance double-glazed windows and external door, fitted correctly. Bi-fold or sliding door options available for maximum light and garden connection.
Electrical Installation
Full electrical first and second fix — consumer unit, sockets, lighting, data points and USB charging. Armoured cable run from the house, certified on completion.
Internal Boarding, Insulation & Finishing
Plasterboarding, skim plastering, skirting, internal doors and painting. We hand over a finished room, not a boarded shell.
